Staffordshire have found out their away venues for the 2026 National Counties Cricket Association season.
Staffs’ first away date of the campaign will be on Bank Holiday Monday, May 4, when they head to Ampthill to play Bedfordshire in the Knockout Trophy.
Their other away assignment in the 50-over format takes them to Jesmond to play Northumberland on Sunday, May 10.
In the Twenty20 Cup, Staffordshire have away fixtures against Shropshire and Cumbria.
Staffordshire head to Wem to play Shropshire on Sunday, May 31, before travelling north to Carlisle to face Cumbria on Sunday, July 5.
‘Championship matters’
Staffs then turned their attention to matters in the three-day Championship format.
They open their red-ball campaign on July 12 when they venture to Chesham to take on defending champions Buckinghamshire.
Their other away encounter is between August 16 and 18 when they take on Northumberland at South Northumberland Cricket Club.
