Andy was named as head coach in the winter as part of a revamp of the Staffordshire structure.
A Level Three coach, Andy led the county’s under-18s to the top of their three-day group last summer.
He has coaching experience throughout the county structure, as well as with Derbyshire 2nd XI and on the international scene with Gibraltar.
Andy continues to play locally with North Staffs and South Cheshire League side Checkley.
