Staffordshire County Cricket Club and Staffordshire Cricket are delighted to announce a new shirt sponsorship deal.

Fenton-based company Theinsulationshop has agreed to sponsor county shirts until the end of the 2027 season.

The partnership will include shirt presence for all junior county girls and boys age groups, the county ability representative teams for physical, learning and visual impairment cricket, the women’s county team and Staffordshire County Cricket Club senior and development teams.

Jason Britton, development director for Staffordshire Cricket said: “We are grateful to Theinsulationshop for its commitment to cricket in the county. And for being the first main sponsor partner to work with both the county cricket board and county club.

“We had two national championship-winning  teams in 2023 with the under-18s girls and county club’s T20 sides. There was a host of other fantastic performances across the representative squads. We’re working hard to build on that.”

John Stephenson, managing director of Theinsulationshop added: “We have been a supporter of grassroots and community sport for some time now.

The opportunity to work with Staffordshire Cricket on a countywide basis adds to our growing business. We are aware of the work being done by clubs to improve their energy efficiency and reduce heating costs.

“We look forward to a successful partnership in 2024 and beyond and wish our county teams every on-field success.”

Theinsulationhop is based in Fenton and www.theinsulationshop.co.uk and provides a wide range of insulation, tools and accessories.
