Oliver made his Staffordshire debut in the NCCA Championship game against Suffolk at Stafford in 2024.
The off-spinning all-rounder went wicketless on the bow, but secured his first county scalps in the victory over Buckinghamshire at High Wycombe.
Tucker took four wickets in Bucks’ second innings and had the honour of taking the final wicket which secured the NCCA Division One East title for Staffordshire.
He then featured in the Championship final against Berkshire at West Bromwich Dartmouth as Staffs shared the title with their rivals
