Staffs have announced their fixtures for the three National Counties Cricket Association competitions.
Staffordshire are returning to play fixtures at Porthill Park and Leek next summer.
Staffs have confirmed their National Counties Cricket Association fixtures for 2022 – and the two North Staffs and South Cheshire League clubs have been added to the hosting list.
Staffordshire will open their season on Sunday, April 17 at Porthill Park when they play Northumberland in the Twenty20 Cup group stages.
They haven’t played a competitive fixture at the Old County Ground since 2004 when, ironically, they were beaten by Northumberland in a one-day encounter.
